WHAT YOU’LL NEED
35g protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
- Mix together the protein powder, milk and baking powder to make a smooth, soup-like paste.
- Put into the microwave for approx. 50 seconds (may be more or less depending on your microwave type – just keep your eye on the liquid to make sure it doesn’t spill over the top).
- Empty from the mug into a bowl/plate and enjoy!
