Hi, I’m Louise, your HIIT instructor and founder of Jump n Juice! I’m a mother of 2, fitness junkie and coffee snob! I’m a big believer in balance and think that everything should be in moderation (including avocados!!)
After qualifying as a fitness instructor 14 years ago I have taken my energy and enthusiasm for all things health and fitness in to fitness classes, 1:1 PT sessions, large fitness events and weekend detox retreats. I believe that to look your best on the outside, you have to start by looking after yourself on the inside. You have to eat well, exercise hard and laugh and lot! Life is what happens when you’re making plans….so enjoy the ride!

Hi, my names Keira. I’ve been into fitness for many years now but more so since having my little boy as that’s my “me time” and coping mechanism for life ha!
I’m northern and a little crazy but I’m hoping that adds to my workouts for you.
I do love a burpee, so they will feature in my workouts, but we can grow to love them together!

Hi, I’m (the other!) Louise and I teach ashtanga vinyasa yoga. I fell in love with yoga over 15 years ago. Like many people, I was first attracted by the flexibility and core strength benefits but I stayed because it also gives my mental health a huge boost. I’m here to help you incorporate a dynamic ‘movement meditation’ into your schedule to tone and strengthen both your body and your mind.
