WHAT YOU’LL NEED
FOR THE SMOOTHIE,
FLESH OF 1 SMALL MANGO OR HALF A LARGE MANGO
1 MEDIUM AVOCADO
1 CUP OF FROZEN SPINACH AND KALE, OR A SMALL HANDFUL OF EACH FRESH.
1 CUP OF MILK OF CHOICE
2 TBSP OF CHIA SEEDS
FOR THE TOPPING,
1/2 CUP OF MIXED SEEDS, PECANS AND DRIED CRANBERRIES.
METHOD
- Simply add all the ingredients to your blender and blend until you have a lovely thick, smooth and creamy mix. Divide between your 2 bowls and sprinkle over your toppings.
Top Tip…if you make this on a warmer day or as a dessert, add in some coconut yoghurt instead of the greens, leave to set in the freezer for about an hour to thicken up, this makes more of a mousse texture, top with desiccated coconut to serve.
