This week our smoothie of the week is a SUMMER BERRY GREEN SMOOTHIE….
Full of iron and antioxidants, what it lacks in colour it makes up for in taste!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
2 handfuls spinach
1 handful fresh/frozen blueberries
1 handful fresh/frozen raspberries
1 tsp maca
1 tsp chia seeds
250-300mls coconut water / tap water
METHOD
Pop all ingredients in to a Nutribullet / blender and blitz until smooth!
