This week’s smoothie of the week recipe is actually a smoothie bowl!
Perfect for breakfast or post training-it’s delicious, easy to make and full of yummy nutrients!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Fresh (or frozen) strawberries
Fresh (or frozen) raspberries
2 large spoonfuls of Greek yoghurt
Small splash of coconut milk/almond milk
1 tsp chia seeds
For the topping:
- Pop all ingredients in to a Nutribullet / blender and blitz until smooth then top with any delicious toppings of your choice (we like nuts, bananas, peanut butter and chia seeds!)
