WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Blueberries – 2 handfuls
Oats – 2-3 tbsp
Linseed – 1 tsp
Chia seeds – 1 tsp
Greek yoghurt – 2-3 tbsp
Almond milk – 200-300mls
METHOD
- Pop all ingredients in to a Nutribullet / blender and blitz until smooth
