Our smoothie of the week this week is a Mint Cream!
It’s a fruit free smoothie so perfect for our 7 Perfect Days and it tastes AMAZING!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
1-2 large handfuls spinach
1-2 inches cucumber
1/2 avocado
small handful fresh mint leaves
300mls almond milk
METHOD
- Pop all ingredients in to a Nutribullet / blender and blitz until smooth!
