    Loved Keira’s LIIT workout but would say the star jumps were a bit jumpy for a LIIT. Could you offer an alternative that gets the heart rate up but is lower impact? Thanks. Anna

    Hi Anna, we would recommend side taps instead of star jumps. Just tapping one foot out at a time to the sides and raising your arms in the air (to raise the heart rate a little!). I hope that helps! L x
