Having transformed her own fitness and nutrition regime, Louise understands only too well how challenging it can be and is able to use her own experience to get you your own personal results. Louise lives by a ‘no excuses allowed’ rule through out all her sessions – and ensures that you are putting in the hard work in a fun way that leads to great results. Hey, as Louise says “if it doesn’t challenge you then it doesn’t change you’!
Now, there are a couple of ways with working with Louise:
Transformation Month: Louise will work with you for an intense month in which you will produce the results you desire. Not only will you be training with Louise 2-3 times a week in the gym, but have daily contact in order to keep you and your diet on track. This is perfect for that upcoming wedding/holiday/special event in which you want to look and feel your best from the inside out! With only 4 weeks commitment Louise finds that transformation clients stay focused on their goals and with being accountable to her on a daily basis achieve their goals and learn the skills to make this a sustainable lifestyle change.
Louise can also work with you on an on-going basis, training you in the gym 1-2 times a week. We recommend you also follow Louise’s nutritional plans which together achieve fabulous results and together can build a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that is going to leave you looking as good as you feel!
