Pop all ingredients in to a Nutribullet / blender and blitz until smooth then top with any delicious toppings of your choice (we like nuts, bananas, peanut butter and chia seeds!)

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

This week’s smoothie of the week recipe is actually a smoothie bowl!

Perfect for breakfast or post training-it’s delicious, easy to make and full of yummy nutrients!

For this bowl all you’ll need is:

Fresh (or frozen) strawberries
Fresh (or frozen) raspberries
2 large spoonfuls of Greek yoghurt
Small splash of coconut milk/almond milk
1 tsp chia seeds

For the topping:
Peanut butter
Banana
Almonds
Brazil nuts
